5 – Shipping & returns
5.1 – Delivery
The products you have chosen will be delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. As a precaution, we suggest that you give us the telephone number at which you can be reached when you place your order.
5.2 – Shipping costs
Important: if you do not choose the ‘recorded delivery’ option, we have no tracking facility and your order is sent at your own risk. https://icidailleurs.fr/ cannot be held responsible for postal service failures.
5.3 – Customs duties

5.4 – Returns
You have a period of 7 days from receipt of the product to return it to us if it:

- does not correspond to the product you ordered
Please note, however, that in the case of duplicable products, the law does not allow you to benefit from the right of return if the products have been unsealed. Products must be returned to us sealed in their original packaging. Failing this, no exchange or refund will be possible. If the product is returned under this guarantee, we will refund the price of the product. 5.5 – Free recommendation
To thank you for your support, ici d’ailleurs offers you a recommendation for all orders of €100 or more.
5.6 – Pre-order items
In the event of technical problems with the pressing plants, the release date may be postponed. Ici d’Ailleurs will, at the customer’s request, refund all pre-ordered items if the release date is postponed by more than two months. If you add other items to a pre-order, they will be sent at the same time.
6 – Downloads
6.1 – Digital Rights Management (DRM)
The digital files uploaded to the ici d’ailleurs site do not benefit from any digital rights management and have no integrated anti-copying system. Our aim is to establish a relationship of trust with users, treating them as customers rather than potential dangers.
6.2 – File formats
MP3
MP3 files are of very high quality and encoded at the maximum quality of 320 kbps bitrate.
WAV
WAV files are lossless compressed files. They have the same quality as CDs.
6.3 – File problems and errors

7 – Liability
The offers presented by www.icidailleurs.com are only valid while stocks last. As a result, www.icidailleurs.com cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract entered into in the event of the product being out of stock or unavailable.In addition, www.icidailleurs.com shall not be held liable in the event of delay in performance of the contract or in the event of non-performance of the contract due to force majeure.
If the event of force majeure delays or renders impossible the execution of the order for a period exceeding 30 days, the order may be cancelled and www.icidailleurs.com will reimburse you as soon as possible.

9 – Eco-Contribution
The prices of Products covered by an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme include a mandatory environmental contribution pursuant to article L.541-10-1 of the Environment Code (hereinafter: Eco-contribution).
This Eco-contribution is used in particular to finance the collection and treatment of the Products concerned at the end of their life, once sorted. It is paid by the company responsible for placing the Product concerned on the market. It is then included in the resale price, with no possibility of a reduction.

The unique identifier attests to registration in the register of producers in the ‘Packaging’ sector in application of article L.541-10-13 of the Environment Code. This identifier attests to the company’s compliance with the obligation to register in the Packaging Register and to make the declaration of placing on the market to CITEO-ADELPHE.
